Timeless Moments
Time is an essential dimension of the universe and our life. We don’t see time but still everything moves around the invisible time. Moments are experience of life in present.
Living in time dimension and living in moments can take the life entirely on different journeys. In the time dimension comes past, present and future and this is how we know to live. But in moments all these dimensions of time goes off and only experience remains – The pure experi- ence of the present.
In Hindu philosophy, Shiva means “Shash- vat” that means – “Eternal” which is nothing but – present moment. The life lived in the experi- ence of moments makes it beautiful, which is the essence and truth of life. One of the great saint of ‘ZEN’ , when questioned about what they do different from rest has answered, “I eat when I eat and I sleep when I sleep.” So simple yet so difficult to live in present. The Tao means “the Way”, a water way, flowing in spontaneity or Sahaj – way. In the Zen, the emphasis is on “dropping the Mind” and allowing the pure experience to come in.
Life of time or life in moments – It’s an individ- ual’s choice.
